Ricardo was on time, prepared and we walked the job together. He assessed residential needs, and identified items of concern. Job was completed as to what was written and agreed upon. Casing, baseboard and patching were done (in preparation for painting). Patching and baseboard installed to safeguard the health of home residents. Notice the detail of his returns. Very little trash and cleanliness was a top priority. His tools were well taken care of and in excellent condition.
